Saudi Cable Appoints Hamza Joharji and Saad Alhamidi to Audit Committee
Saudi Cable Co. announced on Tuesday that its board of directors has decided to appoint two new members to the Audit Committee:
- Mr. Hamza bin Ghulam Joharji (external member)
- Mr. Saad bin Abdulmohsen Alhamidi (external member)
This decision takes effect on May 28, 2024, and will remain in place until the end of the current board session on April 3, 2027.
