Al-Akaria Announces Resignation of CEO and Managing Director Ibrahim Alalwan

Saudi Real Estate Co. (“Al-Akaria”) announced on Tuesday that the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Ibrahim bin Mohamed Alalwan from his positions as CEO and Managing Director, effective May 27, 2024. His resignation will take effect on July 31, 2024. The company stated that Mr. Alalwan is stepping down for personal reasons but will remain a member of the Board of Directors.
