MIS Receives Approval from SFC to Expand Data Center Capacity

Al Moammar Information Systems Co (MIS) announced on Tuesday that it has received new requests to expand the capacity of Saudi Fransi Capital’s data centers. This follows a previously signed agreement for the development, design, and management of data center facilities, with Saudi Fransi Capital acting as the manager of a Shariah-compliant private investment fund. This fund is set to invest in the ownership of six data centers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

According to the company’s statement on Tadawul, the expansion of data center capacity is valued at SAR 75.1 million (including VAT).
