Saudi Top Signs MoU with Riyadh Contracting to Develop Recyclable Plastic Mold System

Saudi Top Trading Company announced on Wednesday the signing of a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Rowad Al Riyadh Contracting Company. This joint cooperation aims to develop a system for building recyclable plastic molds for the first time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The MoU sets a framework for developing and producing a wide range of construction solutions and technologies, as well as localizing modern construction solutions.

The MoU was signed under the auspices of the Ministry of Energy, represented by the Oil Sustainability Program, and the Ministry of Municipal Rural Affairs and Housing, represented by the Modern Construction Initiative. This initiative focuses on localizing modern building solutions.

According to the statement published on Tadawul, the MoU will remain in effect for 36 months from the date of signing or until the parties execute a binding agreement related to the MoU.
