Ma’aden Joint Venture, Manara Minerals, Acquires 10% Stake in Vale Metals

On Wednesday, Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma’aden) disclosed the completion of a 10% acquisition of Vale Base Metals Limited by its joint venture, Manara Minerals Investment Company.
