June 5: Petro Rabigh GA to vote on contracts concluded with other companies

The Board of Directors of Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company “Petro Rabigh” invited shareholders to participate and vote in the extraordinary general assembly meeting (first meeting), via modern technology (using the Tadawulati system) on June 5, 2024.

According to the company’s statement on Tadawul, the Board of Directors’ report for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023 will be viewed and discussed, and the financial statements for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023 will be viewed and discussed.

A vote will also be held on discharging the members of the Board of Directors from their liability for the financial year ending on December 31, 2023, in addition to the contracts and business that took place between the company and other companies.
