Dar Almarkabah Appoints Hassan Al-Zahrani as Chairman and Saleh Al-Zahrani as Deputy Chairman

The Board of Directors of Dar Almarkabah for Renting Cars Co. announced on Thursday its decision to appoint Mr. Hassan bin Bilal Al-Zahrani as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Saleh bin Bilal Al-Zahrani as his deputy.

Additionally, the Board of Directors, elected by the Ordinary General Assembly held on May 16, 2024, for the new term starting on May 17, 2024, and ending on May 16, 2027, has decided on the following on Wednesday, May 22, 2024:

1. Forming the Audit Committee as follows:

• Mr. Khaled Muqbel Al-Muqbel

• Mr. Muhammad Hassan Al-Zahrani

• Eng. Ahmed Abdulmohsen Al-Saadoun

2. Forming the Nominations and Remuneration Committee as follows:

• Mr. Muhammad Hassan Atiya Al-Zahrani

• Mr. Musabah Saeed Al-Ghamdi

• Mr. Hassan Bilal Al-Zahrani

• Eng. Ahmed Abdulmohsen Al-Saadoun

3. Forming the Investment Committee as follows:

• Mr. Thamer Saeed Al-Zahrani

• Mr. Saleh Bilal Al-Zahrani

• Mr. Sultan Muhammad Al-Shehri

• Eng. Ahmed Abdulmohsen Al-Saadoun

The Board of Directors’ resolution also included the appointment of the Board of Directors Secretary and Representatives of the Company in front of the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Tadawul Group.
