BSF Approves SAR 1.19 Billion in Cash Dividends for H2

The Board of Directors of Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) announced on Thursday the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (1st Meeting) held on Wednesday. The assembly approved the Board’s recommendation to distribute cash dividends for the second half of the fiscal year 2023 at 1.00 SR per share, totaling SR 1,197.74 million, representing 10% of the share’s nominal value. Shareholders holding shares by the end of the trading day of the Assembly date, and registered in the bank’s shareholders registry with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the entitlement date, will be eligible for the dividends. Distribution will begin on Tuesday, 11/06/2024, corresponding to 05/12/1445H.

The total dividends distributed to shareholders for the fiscal year ending 31/12/2023 amount to SR 2,337.95 million at 1.95 SR per share, representing 19.5% of the share’s nominal value.
