Arabian Pipes Appoints Yousef Abalkhail as Chairman and Khalid Abunayyan as Deputy Chairman

Arabian pipes Company announced on Thursday the decision of the Board of Directors to appoint YoYoussef Bin Saleh Abba al-Khayal – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Khalid bin Abdullah Abunayyan – as his deputy, and appointing Mustafa AbdulJabbar Alqahtani – Secretary of the Board of Directors.

The BOD also approved the formation of committees, and Representatives of the company have been appointed to the Capital Market Authority, the Saudi Stock Exchange Company (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) for all purposes related to applying of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.

This  comes with reference to the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on Tuesday 14/05/2024, in which the members of the Board of Directors of Arabian Pipes Company were elected for its the next term which will start from 22/05/2024 for three years and ends on 21/05/2027

In another context, the company announced the formation of members of the Audit Committee for the Board session that begins on May 22 and ends on May 21, 2027, based on the Board of Directors’ decision, where Saad bin Falah Al-Qahtani, Saleh Abdullah Al Yahya, Maan Yousef Abalkhail, and Khaled Saleh Al-Tarifi were appointed.

Saad Al-Qahtani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Finance and Investment. He also possesses several certifications and has completed various courses in finance and accounting. Additionally, he is a board member and audit committee member in several listed and unlisted companies.

Saleh Al Yahya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) fellowship. He also possesses several certifications and has completed various courses in finance and accounting. Additionally, he is a member of audit committees in several listed and unlisted companies.

Khaled Al-Tarifi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) fellowship, and the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) fellowship. He also has completed many advanced professional courses. Additionally, he is a board member and audit committee member in several listed and unlisted companies.
