Al-Munajem’s BOD decides to distribute 75 million riyals in cash dividends for H1

The Board of Directors of Al-Munajem Food Company decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of the year 2024, with a total amount distributed of 75 million riyals, with the share of the distribution being 1.25 riyals per share, with a distribution ratio to the nominal share value of 12.5%.

The company said that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 60 million shares, and the dividends will be distributed through a depository center starting Wednesday, June 26.

Eligibility for dividends will be for shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on Wednesday 6/12/2024, corresponding to 12/6/1445 AH, and who are registered in the company’s registry at the Edaa Center at the end of the second trading day following the entitlement date.
