Saudi Chemical to Discuss 2023 Financial Statements on May 8

The Board of Directors of Saudi Chemical Co. has called upon its shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 06:30 PM via modern technology, using the Tadawulaty services.

Agenda:

1. Review and discussion of the Board’s report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.

2. Review and discussion of the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.

3. Discussion and voting on the Auditor’s Report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.

4. Voting on the proposed SAR 3,400,000 remuneration for Board members for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.

5. Voting on the discharge of the Board members for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.

6. Voting on the appointment of External Auditors as recommended by the Audit Committee, to examine, review, and audit the financial statements for Q3 and annual of fiscal year 2024, and Q1 and Q2 of fiscal year 2025, including the determination of the auditors’ fees.

Remote voting for all registered shareholders on Tadawulaty will begin at 01:00 AM on Sunday, May 5, 2024, and will be available until the end of the General Assembly meeting.
