Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) announced on Tuesday that its Board of Directors has recommended distributing cash dividends for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2024, totaling 24 million riyals. This distribution represents 8% of the nominal share value.
The dividends will be allocated to the 30 million shares eligible, with a per-share dividend of 0.80 riyals. Shareholders registered in the company’s shareholder registry by the end of the second trading day following the general assembly’s meeting will be eligible for the dividends, the date of which will be announced later.
The company noted that the dividend distribution date will be determined following approval from the General Assembly and relevant authorities, including an endorsement of the updated dividend distribution policy.
