KEIR International inks framework agreement worth SAR 24 million with National Program for Community Development in Regions

KEIR International has inked a pivotal agreement with the National Program for Community Development in Regions (Tanmiah), solidifying its role in advancing digital transformation and bolstering information technology infrastructure. The deal encompasses a spectrum of consulting services, spanning digital transformation strategies, IT solutions, and systems development, with a contract value of SAR 24 million, inclusive of a 15% value-added tax.

Spanning 36 calendar months, the collaboration’s financial impact is slated to materialise from the third quarter of 2024 AD to the third quarter of 2027.

This disclosure was made by the company in a statement on Thursday on the “Tadawul” platform, reaffirming KEIR International’s commitment to fostering innovation and sustainable development within the community.
