Alkhabeer REIT distributes SAR 14.8 million cash dividends for Q1

Alkhabeer Capital disclosed the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT Fund for the period from January 1, 2024, to March 31, 2024, totalling SAR 14.8 million. The dividends will be disbursed at a rate of SAR 0.105 per unit.

The distribution will be based on the number of existing units, totalling 114 million, representing 1.25% of the asset value. Payments will be made within 40 working days from the date of distribution eligibility.
