Al-Jouf Agricultural Announces SAR 15 Million Dividend Distribution for H2 2023

Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co. announced on Wednesday its decision to distribute cash dividends totaling SAR 15 million for the second half of the fiscal year 2023. Each shareholder will receive SAR 0.50 per share, which corresponds to 5% of the share’s book value. The dividends will be transferred to the shareholders’ accounts linked to their investment portfolios at Banque Saudi Fransi starting from Tuesday, April 30, 2024.

This dividend distribution follows the Board of Directors’ resolution, made by circulation on March 5, 2024, as announced on March 6, 2024. Eligibility for the dividend is for shareholders who are on record at the close of trading on April 15, 2024, and are registered in the company’s shareholders’ register at the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
