Al-Hokair Group Appoints Sami Al Hokair as Chairman of the Board, Faisal Al Malik as Vice Chairman

Abdulmohsen Al-Hokair Group for Tourism and Development announced on Tuesday the appointment of Sami Abdul Mohsen Abdulaziz Al Hokair (non-executive member) as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Engineer Faisal Mohammed Ibrahim Al Malik (non-executive member) as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Additionally, the following committees have been formed:

Audit Committee:

1. Mr. Yanal Muwaffaq Sadiq Al-Saudi (Chairman of the Committee – Independent Member)
2. Mr. Nabil Daoud Sulaiman Al-Hoshan (Committee member – Independent member)
3. Mr. Adel Ahmed Salem Al-Ghamdi (member from outside the Council)

Executive Committee:

1. Mr. Sami Abdul Mohsen Abdulaziz Al Hokair (non-executive member) (Chairman)
2. Engineer Faisal Mohammed Ibrahim Al Malik (non-executive member) (member)
3. Mr. Mishal Ibrahim Suleiman Al-Shenaifi (Independent Member) (Member)
4. Mr. Fahd Muhammad Saleh Al-Obailan (Executive Member) (Member)

Nominations and Remuneration Committee:

1. Mr. Nabil Daoud Sulaiman Al-Hoshan (Independent Member) (Chairman)
2. Mr. Salem Ali Muhammad Al-Shahrani (Independent Member) (Member)
3. Mr. Sakhr bin Dhiyab bin Abdul Rahman Al-Rubaian (member from outside the Council)

Furthermore, company representatives have been appointed at the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Tadawul Group (Tadawul) to oversee the implementation of relevant rules and regulations. This announcement follows the extraordinary general assembly meeting results announced on 21/04/2024, approving the election of the Board of Directors for the new session, commencing on 19/04/2024 and ending on 18/04/2028.
