“Umm Al-Qura Cement” BOD recommends not distribute cash dividends for 2023

Umm Al-Qura Cement announced the Board of Directors’ decision not to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the financial year ending on December 31, 2023, with the aim of supporting and strengthening the company’s financial position.

The company said in a statement today on Tadawul that this recommendation will be presented for a vote during the next general assembly meeting, the date of which will be determined later after obtaining approval for its holding from the official authorities.
