Sure signs contract to develop governance model, mechanisms and technical systems with Commerce Ministry for SAR 16.3 mln

Sure Global Tech Co. announced on Thursday the signing of a contract for a project to develop the operational model, governance model, mechanisms and technical systems to monitor and track the entry and circulation of goods and products in the market with the Ministry of Commerce

According to the company, the value of the contract is about 16.3 million riyals, including VAT, and its duration is 24 months.

The Company expected that this contract will have a positive financial impact on the company’s financial statements during the years 2024 and 2025.
