The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) has launched the interactive “Data and AI Radar” with the aim of providing users continuous updates on the latest data and AI technologies. This includes information on over 50 advanced technology companies worldwide and their use cases. The current version of the radar features 61 technologies, which give rise to over 200 use cases. It will be regularly updated to ensure users have access to the latest developments and maturity levels of these technologies.
This initiative comes in response to the rapid developments and advancements driven by data and AI technologies in the 21st century, particularly through the Fourth Industrial Revolution. These technologies have had a significant impact on various aspects of people’s lives, including personal devices, major industries, and the future of smart cities, contributing to sustainable development.
As the national authority for data and AI in the Kingdom, SDAIA recognizes the importance of these advancements. With its research team comprising local talent, SDAIA has developed this interactive radar to raise community awareness about the significance of these technologies and their cognitive dimensions in our increasingly digital world.
The radar serves as an educational initiative by providing users with details about advanced technologies, their maturity levels, and use cases before acquisition. It acts as a reliable reference for decision-makers and professionals in the field, supporting and evaluating strategic decisions related to the adoption of data and AI technologies. The radar also includes concise descriptions of each technology, highlights prominent use cases, and provides examples of technical solution providers.
For decision-makers and professionals seeking technical content in the Arabic language, the radar stands out as an enriching resource. The interactive version of the radar can be accessed through the following link: https://sdaia.gov.sa/ar/MediaCenter/KnowledgeCenter/RadarChart/index.html.
