‎“AlWasail Industrial” GA approves BOD recommendation to ‎distribute SR18.75 mln cash dividends for 2022‎

The Board of Directors of Al-Wasail Industrial Co. announced the results of the eleventh Ordinary General Assembly (first meeting) through modern technology at 18:30 pm on Monday 10-11-1444 AH corresponding to 05-01-2023 AD, and the attendance rate reached (82.53%) and after completing the required quorum for the validity of the assembly meeting.

Results of voting on the assembly agenda:

– Approval of the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2022 AD, with a total amount distributed of 18,750,000 riyals, provided that the share of the share from the distribution is 0.75 riyals, and with a distribution ratio to the nominal share value of 7.5% .
