Americana BOD discusses approval of Consolidated Financial Statements for Q1 on Wednesday

Americana International Restaurants Company PLC announced that its Board of Directors will hold a meeting on Wednesday, May 3, 2023.

The company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that the Board of Directors will discuss during the meeting several issues, including approving the company’s Consolidated Financial Statements for the period ending on March 31, 2023, and approving the company’s delegation of powers handbook.
