American entrepreneur Adam Newman, founder of the WeWork office sharing group, announced his intention to launch the new emerging residential real estate company, Flow, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

During an interview at a conference in Miami Beach, Florida, Newman spoke with Marc Andreessen and Ben Horowitz about their investment in his new company and their shared enthusiasm for the Kingdom. Horowitz also praised Saudi Arabia, expressing his interest in launching the American real estate company in Saudi Arabia.

For its part, Bloomberg considered that the enthusiasm and praise for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is an indication of the desire of investors in the business environment in the Kingdom, as the United States is currently struggling to lay off workers in major technology companies and the repercussions of the banking crisis. It also shows that investors are open to the Kingdom.

It is worth noting that Andreessen Horowitz is the principal financier of Flo Residential Real Estate, an American private equity firm, founded by Marc Andreessen and Ben Horowitz in 2009. The company is headquartered in Menlo Park, California. Andreessen Horowitz invests in early stage startups and established growth companies.
