Thamer Temairik, CEO of Halwani Bros resigns, Fawaz Halawani replaces him

Halwani Brothers Company announced on Sunday the acceptance of the resignation of the CEO, Eng. Thamer Mohammed Jameel Temairik whom he submitted on 23/03/2023 due to his special circumstances, and assigning Eng. Fawaz Mohammed Halwani as an acting CEO, effective on 01/04/2023.

The Board has extended its gratitude and appreciation to Eng. Thamer Mohammed Jameel Temairik for his services and contribution as a CEO and managing director to Halwani Bros, wishing him all the best.

It is worth mentioning that Eng. Fawaz holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He has held several leadership positions throughout his career which extended for more than 25 years. Such as the Executive Vice President of Halwani Brothers Company.
