Alinma Tokio Marine: Appeal committee upholds dismissal of lawsuit filed by Anjum Makkah Hotel

Alinma Tokio Marine Company announced that it has received the final decision issued in the insurance lawsuit filed by the plaintiff, Anjum Makkah Hotel on 16/03/2023 through the Appeal Committee for Settlement of Insurance Disputes and Violations; In which the decision of the Primary Committee was upheld. The decision stipulated the dismissal of the lawsuit filed by the plaintiff.
The company confirmed in a statement today on “Tadawul” that the decision has become final, indicating that there is no financial impact on the company obtaining this court ruling in its favour, and the company shall announce any material developments in this regard in due course.
