On Tuesday.. “Americana” BOD to discuss approving ‎comprehensive annual report

Americana International Restaurants plc announced that its board of directors will hold a meeting the day after tomorrow, Tuesday, February 28, 2023.

The company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that the Board of Directors will discuss during the meeting the invitation to the annual general assembly and approval of the agenda items for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2022 AD.

The Council will discuss approving the comprehensive annual report, and will also discuss the appointment of auditors for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023 AD and the first quarter of the year 2024 AD, and determining their fees.
