Chubb CEO Kamran Mazhar Resigned

Chubb Arabia announces that its Board of Directors accepted the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Kamran Mazhar, effective from 16/03/2023, due to personal reasons.

The Board of Directors thanked Mr. Kamran and expressed its appreciation for his efforts during his eight years of association with the Company, as the CEO since 2019, and with Chubb Group for over 21 years, which contributed towards the growth and development. The Board of Directors wished him the best in his career progression.

Any further developments related to the appointment of a new CEO of the Company will be announced in due course.
