Al-Othaim Market distributes SR 247.5 mln cash dividends for Q4

Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets Company announced on Sunday the approval of its Board of Directors on the distribution of interim cash dividends of SAR 247.5 mln to its shareholders for the fourth quarter of the year 2022. And the percentage of dividends to the Share is % 27.5 %.
Explained that the number of shares due for dividends is 90 million shares at 2.75 riyals per share, provided that the eligibility of dividends shall be for the Company shareholders who own the shares by the end of the trading day of Thursday, 16/02/2023 and registered with the Securities Depository Center (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the date of entitlement.
The Company would like to draw the attention of the non-resident investors that the cash dividend distribution which will be transferred by the resident financial broker is subject to a withholding tax of (5%), in accordance with the provisions of article (68) of the Income Tax Law and article (63) of its Implementing Regulations.
Furthermore, the Company would like to remind its shareholders to update their information to their investment portfolios to ensure the timely distribution of their cash dividends without any delay.
