Al-Naqoul announces start of issuing Sukuk denominated in Saudi riyals at SR 10 mln

Mohammed Hasan AlNaqool Sons Co. Announced on Sunday the Start of Issuing Sukuk denominated in Saudi riyals through offering through the website of the financial sukuk company authorised by the Capital Market Authority to offer and invest in debt instruments.
The value of the program is ten million (10,000,000), and the first instalment will be offered in three issues with a total value of five million SR (5,000,000), explained that the offering start Date is 20/3/2023.
The Sukuk will be offered to natural and legal persons who are entitled to subscribe to the Sukuk in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The company also explained that the minimum Subscription is SR 1000 for one instrument.
This comes with reference to the announcement of Mohammad Hassan Al Naqool Sons Company, published on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) website on 08/02/2023) regarding its intention to offer Murabaha Sukuk denominated in Saudi Riyals within the (Murabaha Sukuk) program.
