Al Hammadi completes payment of value of land in narjes community at SR 115.6 mln

Al Hammadi Holding announced the payment of the value of the purchase of land with an area of 19,202 square meters in narjes community at an amount of 115.6 million riyals, and the emptying of the deed and transferring of the title deed of the land to the company.
The company also said today on “Tadawul” that it expects the financial impact to be reflected in the increase in non-traded assets.
It explained that the land was purchased at a price of 6020 riyals per square meter, not including the tax on real estate transactions and pursuit.
