Al Gassim Investment Holding approves election of 6 members to the BOD

Al Gassim Investment Holding Company announced on Sunday the results of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (First meeting), which was held at 06:30 pm on Thursday, February 16, 2023, through modern technical means (remote). The quorum was completed and the attendance rate of the First meeting was 25.82% of the shares representing the capital.

Approve the election of the Board members from among the candidates for the next term starting from 22/02/2023 and ending on 21/02/2026 for a term of three years. The following members were elected:

1. Mr. Abdulrhman Saleh I Alhudheif.

2. Mr.Rasheed Sulaiman Alrasheed.

3. Mr.Ahmed Sulaiman Almuzaini.

4. Dr.Faisal Abdulkarim A Alkhamis.

5. Mr. Bader Hamad A Alkadi.
