Saudi Exchange approves amending listing rules

The Saudi Exchange Company announces that the Capital Market Authority’s Board has issued its resolution number (1-108-2022) Dated 23/03/1444H corresponding to 19/10/2022G approving the following:

• The amended Listing Rules.

Paragraph (g) of Article 41 of the Listing Rules has been amended in regard to the expected aggregate market value of all shares at the date of listing in the Parallel Market in case of offering or direct listing.

It should be noted that these Rules shall be effective on 05/06/1444H corresponding to 29/12/2022G.
