SACO announces appointment of Faisal Al-Fohaid as BOD member

Saudi Company for Hardware (SACO) announced on Sunday the appointment of Mr. Faisal Abdullah Al-Fohaid as a member of the Board of Directors (Independent) for the vacant position in the Board to continue the term that will end in 19-07-2023.
Eng. Faisal Abdullah Al-Fohaid holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from King Saud University and has more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology, Management, Strategies, and Digital Transformation and industry; he currently occupies the position of Chief Information Technology Officer at Alkhorayef Group.
Board approval may not be deemed final; this appointment shall be before the first general assembly meeting for approval.
