NADEC announces launch of strategic plan, includes expanding range of products and entering into new activities

The National Agricultural Development Company “NADEC” informed its valued shareholders of the outcomes of the Board of Directors’ meeting held on Monday, December 5, 2022, at the company’s project in Al-Jouf, where the Board approved the company’s strategic plan for the period until 2027, which aims to strengthen the company’s leadership position in its primary activities at the local level and regionally, in a way that will allow the company’s current business to grow.
The strategy also includes expanding its product portfolio and through new activities.
Main pillars:
1. The company’s expansion into new markets.
2. Geographical expansion and enhanced innovation and product development capabilities.
3. Infrastructure investment
4. Introducing cutting-edge technology to the food and beverage industries.
5. Focus on efficiency, cost management, and consistent high quality.
6. Adopt clean, green energy.
7. Improve the capital structure in line with the strategy and funding requirements.

Main Objectives:
1. Make Nadec products the preferred choice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Gulf countries, and the Arab world through its leadership in the dairy, juice, food, and agricultural products markets.
2. Development and innovation through traditional and modern trade channels, as well as food services
3. Strengthen the main operating sectors and increasing food revenues
4. Efficiency and sustainability.
5. Reduce the actual cost of financing through diversification of sources.
