Alwasail GA approves appointment of Suleiman Al-Dakhil as a member of Audit Committee

The Board of Directors of Alwasail Industrial Company announced on Tuesday the results of the General Assembly Meeting (First meeting) was held by means of modern technology on Monday, in 12-12-2022 after reaching the quorum of (65.98%).

The Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:

1. Approval of the Board of Directors’ decision to appoint (Mr. Sulaiman bin Saleh Al-Dakhil, independent) as a member of the Audit Committee, starting from 06-09-2022 until the end of the current committee work period on 12-22-2024, in place of the previous committee member (Eng. Ahmed Abdullah Al-Rabadi, independent), provided that the appointment will take effect from the date of the recommendation decision issued on 06-09-2022, and this appointment comes in accordance with the Audit Committee’s work regulations.
2. Approving the selection of Approval the selection Al Kharashi & Co. Certified Accountants and Auditors from among the candidates based on the recommendation of the audit committee; This is to examine, review and audit the annual financial statements from the fiscal year 2022, and the semi-annual financial statements from the fiscal year 2023, and determine its fees.
