Al-Saqr Insurance appoints of Muhammad Al-Jibreen as Chairman of Audit Committee

Al-Saqr Cooperative Insurance Company announces the Board of Directors Resolution Number A 20221212 dated 12/12/2022 for the appointment of the Chairman and Members of the Audit Committee, where the effective date of the appointment starts from the resolution date until the end of the current term on 26/10/2023.
This appointment will be presented to the nearest General Assembly conducted for approval. The company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that this appointment will be presented to the first general assembly to be held for approval.
