SACO announces appointment of Samir Baeisa as Vice Chairman of BOD

The Saudi company for hardware (SACO) announced on Thursday the approval of the Board of Directors on 09/11/2022 appointing Mr. Sameer Omar Baeisa (Independent) as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors starting 09-11-2022.
