Arabia Insurance announces start of priority rights trading period and subscription to new shares .. Sunday

The Arabia Insurance Cooperative Company announced on Thursday that the period of rights trading and subscription to new shares had been changed to become the beginning date of the rights trading period and subscription to new shares 27/11/2022, while the end date of the rights trading period will be to 04-12-2022. It was also decided that the end of the subscription phase for new shares will be: 12-07-2022.
Eligibility will be for shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on the day of the Extraordinary General Assembly and who are registered in the company’s shareholder register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the day of the Extraordinary General Assembly, which was held on 11-20-2022. The company notes the importance of reading the prospectus carefully and completely before making any investment decision related to rights or new shares.
