Retal signs agreement with National Housing to develop 550 housing units in Riyadh for SR605 mln

Retal Urban Development Company announced on Tuesday the signing of sub-development agreement on 10/10/2022 with the National Housing Company to develop 550 housing units in Al-Fursan district 2 in Riyadh with a total land area of 166,446 square meters.
The company explained that the start date for the construction of the project will start from the day following the receipt of the land from the National Housing Company.
It is noteworthy that the expected date of completion of the construction of the project is 42 months from the date of entry into force of the agreement, and the project will be financed mainly based on the off-plan sales system and partly on self-financing.
