Banan BOD distributes SR6 mln cash dividends for H1

Banan Real Estate Company announced on Thursday the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2022.
It explained that the number of shares entitled to dividends is 20 million shares at SR0.30 per share, provided that the eligibility to distribute dividends is to shareholders owning shares at the end of trading on Monday 31/10/2022, and who are registered in the company’s shareholders register at the Securities Depository Centre at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
The company also reminds all the shareholders to update their information with their banks to ensure the deposit of any future dividends directly into their accounts.
