We, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,

King of Saudi Arabia

After perusal of the Basic Law of Governance, issued by Royal Order No. (A/90) dated 8/27/1412 AH.

And after reviewing the system of ministers, deputy ministers and employees of the excellent rank, issued by Royal Decree No. (M/10) dated 3/18/1391 AH.

And based on Royal Order No. (A / 14) dated 3/3/1414 AH.

We ordered the following:

First: Mr. Talal bin Abdullah bin Turki Al-Otaibi is appointed as Assistant Minister of Defense at the excellent rank.

Second: Our order is informed to the relevant authorities for approval and implementation.
