Jabal Omar: Listing of New Shares Issued to Units Owners of Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund

Jabal Omar Development Company announced on Thursday the listing of the New Shares that have been issued with respect to the Transaction to the eligible unitholders of Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund on 01/09/2022. With the completion of this procedure, the Company announce the completion of the Transaction.
The Company will announce, at a later stage, the deposit of the proceeds of the fractional shares resulting from the Transaction in the accounts of the the unitholders of Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund (as the eligible shareholders) as set out in the shareholders’ circular issued by the Company in respect of the Transaction.
This comes in reference to the announcement made by Jabal Omar Development Company (the “Company”) on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) website on 28/08/2022 in relation to the results of the extraordinary general assembly meeting that included the approval to increase the share capital of the Company in order to settle all debts owned by the Company to Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund (the “Fund”).
