Alhokair Group sign off 2 contracts worth SR94 mln with ‎commercial company ‎

Abdul Mohsen Al Hokair Group for Tourism and Development announces the signing off a contract worth SR49.2 million with a commercial company specialized in the field of entertainment to establish and operate international brands.

The company also announced that it had signed a contract worth 44.7 million riyals with a commercial company specialized in the field of entertainment, to contribute to the operation of entertainment sites under the brand (Cocumillon), to which the group has the exclusive right.

Al Hokair Group clarified that the contract term will last up to four months, and it expects that the positive financial impact of both contracts will be reflected on its revenues and financial results, starting from the fourth fiscal quarter of 2022 AD.
