Riyad REIT Distributes SR75.54 mln Profits for H1 to its Unit holders

Riyad Capital announced on Monday the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Riyad REIT for the first half of 2022, as follows:
The eligibility for dividends shall be for Unitholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center by the end of Tuesday, 6 September 2022 (end of trading day on Sunday, 4 September 2022).
The company said that the total distributed dividends are SR 75,546,724.44. The number of outstanding units on which cash distributions will be distributed is 171,697,101. The amount of dividends distributed per unit is SR0.44. The distribution ratio of the net assets value (%) is 3.99 %.
The distribution ratio of the net assets value is as of 30.06.2022. The cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the Unitholder register on the end of 06.09.2022.
The distributions shall be paid within 15 working days from eligibility date.
It concluded: “The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions”.
