Jahez Announces Signing of Non-binding (MoU) with Chefz SPV

Jahez International Company for Information Systems Technology (Jahez) announced on Wednesday that due diligence in respect of the Proposed Transaction remains ongoing. Any material developments in this regard will be announced in due course.

This comes with reference to the announcement made by Jahez International Company for Information Systems Technology (“Jahez”) on 19-05-2022, in respect of the signing of a non-binding memorandum of understanding (“MoU”) with the Chefz SPV Ltd shareholders (the “Chefz’s Shareholders”), for the full acquisition of all the Company (the “Proposed Transaction”).
