David Crane, who announced his resignation from the board of directors of the Saudi Electricity Company, will take the position of Assistant Secretary of Energy for Infrastructure in the US government, indicating that his assumption of this position is the reason behind his resignation from the Saudi Electricity Company, Maaal reported.

David Crane holds PHD of Laws and holds the position of CEO, Calmet Real Impact Solution, where he served on boards and committees in previous terms, and he also has several memberships on the boards of directors.

It is noteworthy that the Saudi Electricity Company announced today, Sunday, that its Board of Directors approved the resignation of David Crane (independent member) from the membership of the Board of Directors and from the committees affiliated with the Board, as of August 25, 2022 AD.

The Board of Directors extended its thanks and appreciation to David Crane for his efforts throughout his term in the company’s Board of Directors.
