Canadian Medical Center distributes SR11.5 mln cash dividend ‎for H1‎

Canadian General Medical Center Complex Company announced the company’s board of directors’ resolution by passing to distribute 11.5 million riyals in cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2022 AD, equivalent to 15% of the nominal value of the share.

The company indicated that the number of shares entitled to dividends is 7.7 million, at 1.5 riyals per share.

The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders who own shares on closing of, 11/09/2022 and registered in the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the date of maturity.

Accordingly, the company would like to announce to its valued shareholders that dividends will be distributed automatically by depositing in the investment accounts linked to the shareholders’ portfolios at all banks, starting on Thursday 26-02-1444 corresponding to 22-09-2022 , through Saudi Fransi Bank.

We also draw the attention of non-resident foreign investors to the cash dividends that transferred through the financial intermediary, the values that take place upon transfer, or when they credited to his account for withholding tax at a rate of 5% according to Article (68) of the tax system and Article (63) of its executive regulations.

The company calls on its valued shareholders to update their data and ensure that bank account numbers are linked to investment portfolios to ensure that their profits reach without delay.
