Al-Saqr Insurance GA Elects Members of BOD to Fill 5 Vacant Seats

Al-Saqr Cooperative Insurance Company announced on Tuesday the results of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting), which was held on Monday 29/08/2022 in presence and by means of modern technology via Tadawulaty.
The attendance rate for the first meeting reached (46.03%) of the shares representing the capital, according to the company’s Bylaws.
The Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:
– Approve the election of Board members among the candidates to fill the vacant seats (Five Seats) to complete the current term which started on 16/06/2020 and end on 15/06/2023. And they are:

2. Mr. Yasser Mohammed Alharbi
3. Mr. Fahad Talal Kurdi
4. Mr. Muhammad Abdul Rahman Al-Jibreen
5. Mr. Saud bin Saleh Ibrahim Al-Arifi
