Al-Othaim Markets Distributes SR180 mln Cash Dividends for 1H

Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets Company “the company” announced on Thursday the distribution of Interim cash dividends to the shareholders for the first half of the year 2022. The percentage of dividend to the share par value (%) is 20 %. The Total amount distributed is 180,000,000. The dividend per share is 2.
The company said that the number of shares entitled to the dividend is 90,000,000 shares, and the distribution date will be on 15.09.2022.
The eligibility of dividends shall be for the Company’s shareholders who owns shares by the end of the trading day of Wednesday 31/08/ 2022 and registered with the Securities Depository Center (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the date of entitlement.
