Arabia Insurance modifies GA meeting schedule

The Arabia Insurance Cooperative Company announced that it had modified the extraordinary general assembly meeting to be scheduled at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2^nd, 2022, through modern technology. The Shareholders registered in the Trading Services can vote remotely on the agenda items of the assembly from 10:00 a.m. on July 31, 2022, until the end of the assembly. Registration and voting in trading services are available and free of charge to all shareholders.

This comes as a reference to the company’s announcement on the trading site on Tuesday, June 07, 2022, regarding the invitation of shareholders to attend the extraordinary general assembly meeting, which includes raising the company’s capital (first meeting) through modern technology means.
