Derayah REIT Distributes SR19.4 mln Cash Dividends to Unitholders for Q1of 2022

Derayah Financial announced on Sunday Q1 of 2022 cash distribution for unitholders of Derayah REIT as per the following:

Total distributed dividends is SR19,351,266. The Percentage of distribution ratio of the net assets value (%) is 2.13 %.

The company said in a statement that the number of outstanding units on which cash dividends will be distributed is107507035. The amount of dividends distributed for each unit (SR) is 0.180. The percentage of dividend to the unit’s initial price (%) is 1.80 % provided that the cash distribution will be paid within 20 working days from the entitlement date, on 22.05.2022.

The company concluded that the Fund Manager also want to remind unitholders to update their bank account information in order to ensure depositing the outstanding distribution to their accounts directly.
